We try to provide a high quality level of service and value your repeat business. You can expect orders that ship fast and are packaged carefully. Parts are bagged neatly. Fragile items are protected.

When you've received the order and verified that it is correct, please mark it complete and leave feedback. Remember, feedback is permanent, so please contact us and allow us the chance to resolve any issues prior to leaving negative or neutral feedback.

Once you have marked the order complete and left feedback*, you'll receive a coupon for a discount off a future purchase. Coupons are good on all items in the store. Coupons are tiered based on size of the order sub-total:

Condition of Items:

Items we sell will be in a condition that we would be happy with receiving if we were the buyer.

Our inventory is stored in a smoke-free office building, and we keep our pets at home.

 

Used Merchandise:

There are very few parts in our inventory with excessive wear, scratches, bite marks, etc., but if there is something excessive it will be noted and priced accordingly. Used parts will be reasonably clean - we have been scrubbing parts with soap (unscented) and water as needed. Note that our family does have a cat (and she is allowed in the Lego room), but we have a smoke free home.

Used sets we have listed as "complete" will specify whether they include the manual or box, and should contain all original stickers, either applied or still on the sticker sheet. Usually the stickers are in good condition; we will try to make note if they are not, but cannot promise that all stickers will be perfect. Complete sets should include all parts necessary to build the set including minifigures. Parts will be in a zip lock bag (within the original set box if there is one). If the set is listed as complete, it means we have done our best to verify that all the parts, minifigures, and stickers are present. If we are aware of missing parts, minifigures, or stickers, we will list the set as incomplete.

 

New Merchandise:

New parts have been removed from original packaging but only handled for sorting. Sets that we list as New are still factory sealed unless stated otherwise. It is presumed that all contents inside the factory sealed box are complete and the way they should be as shipped by the manufacturer, but keep in mind that Bricklink sellers cannot guarrantee that the inner contents of a sealed set are complete.

 

Collectible Minifigures (CMF's) and other minifigures, DO NOT include accessories if they are listed under minifigure only entries. If the listing says "100% complete", it should include all items in the Minifig Inventory for that item.

 


Packaging:

We feel that presentation is important, and want you to open the package and feel good about your purchase - in the same way that if you go to a restaurant, you want the food to look really appetizing on the plate.

Parts and minifigure orders will be packed in padded envelopes. Larger parts orders or sets that don't fit in these envelopes will be packed in a box with plenty of padding.

Lots will be individually packed (within reason) in appropriately sized zip locks. We have found as a buyer that it is nice to receive a well organized package instead of a big baggie with a chaotic jumble of parts. Lots with small quantities may be packed together if it doesn't make sense to separate. New vs Used parts will of course be separated and bags containing new parts will be labeled.

 


Minimum Purchase:

There is a minimum average lot price of $0.69 cents/lot. This also means there is a minimum puchase of $0.69.

The average lot price is calculated by total item cost (before taxes and S/H) divided by total # of lots. If you are under the minimum average lot price, simply increase the quantity of items in some lots (stock up on things you know you'll need again), or browse the minifigure selection or other higher value items. If it doesn't work out and you need to order elsewhere, we apologize but hope you understand. You are buying LEGO, but also the service a seller is providing for sorting, storing, pulling, and packing all the parts, all of which is done by hand. By implementing the min average lot price, we are able to spend more time processing inventory, growing the store, and most importantly spending time with family, not to mention a time consuming (but enjoyable) day job.

 


International:

We offer International Shipping to 34 countries. Shipping options for instant checkout will be coming soon, in the meantime you will need to request a quote instead. If we don't currently ship to your country, most likely it is due to shipping restrictions listed on the USPS website.

We ship to the following countries:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Costa Rica, Croatia, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, French Polynesia, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Japan, Liechtenstein, Mexico, Netherlands, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, South Africa, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom.

We will not falsify customs forms (e.g. showing a reduced item value or marking as a gift). Customs form will be marked as "Merchandise", the cost will reflect the total item cost (not including taxes or S/H). Any potential customs or import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

 


Massachusetts (USA) Sales Tax:

We charge 6.25% sales tax on orders that are shipped to addresses within our home state of Massachusetts.

If you qualify for a tax exemption as a tax exempt organization, or as a reseller in MA, contact us with your tax ID number and we can add your tax exemption.

 


Payments:

Payment is available using PayPal, or you can pay using a credit or debit card via Stripe.

 


Order Cancellations:

PAID orders that we agree to cancel at the buyer's request are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This helps cover non-refundable fees that we pay to the payment processor (i.e. PayPal or Stripe), as well as our administrative costs and time associated with each order, especially if we have already partially (or completely) picked and packed your order. We try to process orders promptly once we receive payment, so it's entirely possible that we've already started processing it by the time you reach out asking to cancel.

If we have to cancel an order due to an inventory shortage or anything else we are at fault for, you would of course receive a full refund. You are also entitled to a full refund if we are short an item and your preference is to cancel the full order.
